What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I’m a creative, forward-thinking person, and so are they. Working with people that are as creative as I am is awesome. They’ve opened my eyes to so many different things that I didn’t know. Then, they took it to another level where they made it work. They created digital versions of my designs that came to life for me. I don’t want to sound like Disney, but they really do an amazing job. Additionally, their follow-up care and attention make me like them and want to continue working with them.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They're very friendly and have a personable approach. We never felt that we had to go through layers of approval. Also, they were always willing to answer our questions and explain the process.

They're a bit pricey, but they're worth it.

The team had more than just strong technical, data engineering skills.

Collect and organize financial data for European companies to publish on our online learning and data platform. This included:

1. Using API's from a number of different sources for data retrieval and subsequent data cleaning
2. Testing and implementing mapping rules to organize the data into more usable/searchable buckets
3. Use of AI to translate data in foreign languages and to provide summary information about the data

OMEGA SOFTWARES was hired initially to assist with new product development activities, including development of Android and iPhone mobile applications and support of a Windows-based product. The team has evolved to also participating in development software for our research and development efforts including advanced C++, Matlab, Python, and wearable applications.

The team has created cool new apps for Android and iPhone, as well as apps for smartwatches and other devices. We've also made special software to collect data in a unique way.

Our company manages the resources directly, however the account and customer management at Omega Softwares has been outstanding!

Omega has really made it easy to send money from one place to another withing a second and the most wonderful thing is that the transactions cost is absolutely cost effective. Like I am working in USA and I send money home in India and it's really easy and convenient. I am highly recommending this solution for their outstanding services and transparency.

My company has been using this software for 90 days and we are so pleased with how smooth everything runs and our Affiliates are in love with their personalized back office! Software is extensive, creative, and responsive. Through 2 different projects and nearly 3 years, I have yet to encounter something we wanted to implement that didn't get done.

Training - A centralized training platform for my training videos that link securely to Vimeo which are unlisted on Vimeo. Nobody is going to steal the proprietary nature of my work.

Transparency - All affiliates will be able to log on and validate the work they have done and the bonus commissions they are entitled to.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Omega MLM software is one of the last few software providers which allow for customizations to suit your business model. MLM is not an ERP and is well suited to the sale of products online that will serve you better if have a vision for building relationships with your distributors (aka affiliates). I use MLM as a training platform and rewards program for affiliation relationships.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

It is user friendly, but if you or one of your people are truly novices to using software for web design, you'll need assistance from Omega staff. Luckily, they are fantastic at providing it.

The entire team did a really good job; Omega Softwares built the MVP we wanted. Since the project was only finished a couple of months ago, we don’t have any quantitative metrics about its impact yet.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I think the best aspect of Omega is exactly what the name says. It gives you the freedom to customize and make the final product your own. It is adaptable and integrates very well with our products to give our clients a full suite of tools to build their Direct Selling/Party Plan businesses. The Omega team is focused on long-term relationships and it shows.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There was not really much to not like. When a hurdle approached both teams just put their heads together and we figured out a sustainable solution to the issue and moved on.
